Carbon extraction and graphitization

We extract the minute amount of carbon contained in the ashes to the maximum extent possible.
To further purify the graphite, it is subjected to vacuum and high-temperature treatment to remove impurities.
It is then mixed with trace amounts of carbon to create durable, homogeneous diamond crystals, ready for crystallization.

Diamond Formation

Diamond formation is initiated in a special facility designed exclusively for the high-pressure, high-pitched environment more than 150 km below the surface where natural diamonds are produced.
Graphite (carbon) and catalysts inserted in the sealed facility are subjected to high acoustic pressure to promote crystallization.
